为便利外国商务人士在华工作生活，我们联合商务部在国务院客户端小程序推出《外国商务人士在华工作生活指引》（2024年版）查询服务，方便外国朋友遇到问题时快速找到解决办法
In order to facilitate the work and life of foreign business people in China， we， jointly with the Ministry of Commerce， have launched A Guide to Working and Living in China as Business Expatriates （2024 Edition） in the WeChat mini program of the State Council app.《指引》分为日常生活服务、在华停居留服务、在华工作相关服务以及注意事项四部分
涵盖办理通信卡、银行卡，开通移动支付，办理外汇兑换，乘坐交通工具，办理住宿；办理签证延期、居留许可；申请工作许可，办理社会保险，缴纳个人所得税等事项
The Guide includes four parts： Daily Life Services， Services for Stay and Residence in China， Relevant Services for Work in China， and Notes. It covers services concerning phone cards and bank cards； enabling mobile payments； currency exchanges； transportation； accommodations； applying for visa extensions， residence permits and work permits； handling social insurance； paying personal income tax， etc.涉及在中国衣食住行的方方面面
